Toddlers
Each newsletter that you want available on the site should have a simple starting page. The content of each starting page will contain general information about that sections class/newsletter.
This is by far the easiest way to set this up with the least amount of work for the person in charge of the website. Below is a list of the steps needed to accomplish this set up and the benifiets of each step.
- Create a starting page for each newsletter.
These pages are already created but need to have the general content added to them.
- By having a seperate starting page with a link for each newsletter (PDF file), this eliminates the need to make monthly updates or changes to any of the webpages themselves.
- Each month, all you have to do is save the new PDF file in the folder named PDF.
The new file must be placed in the PDF folder and have the SAME file name every month.
- By doing this, you never have to update the links pointing to each newsletter
The links to the left go to the starting pages for each newsletter.
In the folder named PDF there would always be 4 newsletters in PDF format. They must be named:
inf_news.pdf
tod_news.pdf
pres_news.pdf
prek_news.pdf
Also in this same folder named PDF you would have the menu.pdf and calendar.pdf files that are linked to from the Calendar/Menu paged.
The following link would go to the toddler newsletter in the PDF folder.
I re-named the pdf file that you had uploaded to the Anumina server from Toddler News.pdf to tod_news.pdf and moved it to the folder called PDF. Here is the link to that file Toddler Newsletter
You could use an image to link to each newsletter also.
